Meet Dr. Ray Garner

Dr. Garner was born in North Ogden and attended school there. He graduated from Weber High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State College. He then attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and received his D.D.S. degree there. He has practised in Ogden since 1987. Dr. Garner married LoriAnn Wood in 1982 and they have 5 wonderful children and 4 grandchildren with one on the way. He loves his great staff. "They are the best ever." He enjoys reading, water and snow skiing, boating, movies, travel, singing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and spending time with his beautiful wife and children. He loves helping his patients feel and look better than when they first came into his office. Dr. Garner loves everyone on his staff and feels so fortunate to have the best and brightest on his team!

Rozanna Powell

Rozanna grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked in dentistry for over 10 years. She and her husband moved from Flagstaff, Arizona in 2005. They have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. She loves to quilt, garden, cook, hike, snowshoe, travel and be outdoors. She is thrilled to be working for Dr. Garner and his happy staff! They love her as well. She is a wonderful cook and she often fixes lunch for the team at the office and bakes home-made cookies. Soon we will all be "fat and happy".

Debbie King

Debbie was born and raised in South Ogden, but North Ogden is where she calls home! She lived in North Ogden with her family for the last 20 years. Debbie has been a part of our dental staff since 2003. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Iomega Corp. as a Human Resources compensation and benefits specialist for 13 years. Debbie really enjoys talking and working with people, especially our fun staff and awesome patients! Her favorite pass-time is hanging out with friends and family. She enjoys movies, shopping, hiking and snowshoeing, nature and travel (especially to the Caribbean). She considers her greatest accomplishment as being a wife and mom.

Leigh Perry

Leigh worked for Dr. Garner for a couple of years as a hygiene assistant while going to school to become a hygienist. She now works for Dr. Garner full-time and "loves teeth". She is married to a great guy (Todd). She attended Weber State University and recently received her dental hygiene degree. She loves working with the patients and with her co-workers. Leigh enjoys reading, running, spending time with family, and anything that involves being outdoors. She is a great person and loves our patients.

Sharice Bullough

Sharice grew up in Brigham City where she graduated from Box Elder High School in 1997. She attended Ricks College, receiving an Associates Degree in 1999. She served an LDS mission in the Dominican Republic from 2000-2001. That is where she learned the Spanish language. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in the summer. Sharice is married to John and they have 2 beautiful children. They enjoy boating, hiking, and camping as a family.

Staci Call

Staci was born and raised in North Ogden. She graduated from Weber High School. She worked as a dental assistant for five years. She graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1996. She is married to Jon Call who also has his business in the Mountain Springs Dental Building. That business is Ceramtech Dental Lab. Staci has worked intermittently for Dr. Garner since 1996. She likes to read, ski, and swim and well as spend time with her family.

Annette Whatley

Annette was born and raised in Brigham City, Utah and still resides there. She has raised 2 boys who are now on their own but live close by. She has 2 grandchildren that she adores. Annette has worked in the dental field for 26 years and can't imagine being anywhere else. She loves doing remodel work on her home, refinishing furniture, and laying tile. She spends endless hours in her yard making it beautiful. She especially loves having a job that feels more like spending time with family and friends than feels like work.

Rochell Welch

Rochell was born in Ogden and raised in Layton, Utah. She attended three different high schools, graduating from Bear River High School. She has worked with Dr. Garner since 1989. She also helped him when he took his board exams, making sure his patients were there and assisting him. She loves working with the patients and they all love her. She is married to Richard and they have 3 children, two of which are getting married this year, and 1 cute puppy. She enjoys rock climbing, sky diving, motocross, and scuba diving. Rochell most enjoys anything to do with baseball.

Caesie Clark

Caesie was born and raised in Harrisville, Utah. She graduated from Weber High School (class of 2010), where she enjoyed playing lacrosse. She graduated from the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College in the Dental Assisting Program. She joined Dr. Garner's team at the first part of September, 2010. She has also recently gotten married and is madly in love with her wonderful husband. She loves the staff and has learned a lot from them. They have also learned from her. Caesie enjoys snowboarding and boating, but the thing she loves the most is playing with her puppy, Tink. She is her joy and happiness!

Brandy Thinnes

Brandy was born and raised in Mantua, Utah. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 2006. She graduated from the BATC in 2007 earning her Cosmetology license. Brandy was married in June 2008 and has since moved to North Ogden. They have a beautiful baby girl. She has worked with Dr. Garner and staff and loves it here! They love her also. Brandy enjoys camping, spending time with her family, and snowboarding.

Rachael Garner

Rachael was born in Layton, Utah. She graduated from Weber High School and received an Associates of Science at Utah State University. She is currently enrolled in the Sign Language Interpreting program at the DATC in Kaysville, UT. She has worked for Dr. Garner before and has recently returned to our practice. She plays the piano, violin, viola, and cello. She loves country dancing! She also enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and running. She recently ran in the Ogden Marathon relay.
